Reservations & Appointments

We recommend scheduling appointments in advance; however, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests. We invite you to please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reserved time so that we may ensure you receive a relaxed and non-rushed experience. We schedule appointments according to our experts’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

A 48 hour notice of cancellation is appreciated for all salon and spa services.  Spa Days may require a deposit at booking.  A full refund of deposit is offered with 24 hour notice of cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however it may be necessary to shorten the appointment or reschedule.


Should you wish to show your service provider your appreciation with a gratuity, you are welcome to do so. Please note we accept cash gratuities. Tip envelopes are provided for your convenience at our front desk. Your comments and suggestions are welcome at any time. Please feel free to tell us about your experience in our salon and spa.
